Shipping policy

UK delivery

At present, Chanice Salter Art ships orders within the UK only.

I currently do not offer international delivery. This may change in the future as I look into the requirements and costs involved with international shipping.

Dispatch times

I aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days of receiving payment.

Some handmade or made-to-order products may take longer. If this is the case, the expected timescale will be stated on the relevant product page or discussed with you before your order is completed.

Please remember that dispatch time is not the same as delivery time. Once your order has been handed to the delivery service, delivery times are outside my control.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If an order is returned to me because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may be required before I can resend it.

Damaged parcels

I package artwork and products carefully to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at chanicesalterart@gmail.com as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged item.

Please keep the packaging until I have advised you what to do next.

I will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your consumer rights.
